Return and Refund Policy
1. All in-stock jewelry purchased online is eligible for return with full refund if there are any manufacturing defects or damages noticed.
2. For returning the product customer have to inform Goldesmiths within 24 hours from product delivery and the Goldesmiths will arrange the pick up. The item must be unused, in its original condition with the original box, and accompanied by any warranty and diamond/gemstone documentation where applicable.
3. Special orders, custom designs, personalized items, and modified/sized items are eligible for cancellation before dispatch with part refund of product value after detecting making-waste charges, processing fee & applicable payment gateway charges. After product dispatch, these orders are not eligible for cancellation. In case of damage of custom order during transport, customer should inform Goldesmiths immediately after product delivery with relevant photographs of the damaged product for assessment to initiate a return or rectification.
4. For all returns/cancellations made by the buyer within such stipulated time, Goldesmiths will refund to the buyer in their bank account.
5. The Goldesmiths must confirm the receipt of product to process refund to the buyer within 2 (two) working days of receiving back. The refund in store credit will be processed within 5 (five) working days of Goldesmiths confirming that the product received is not used or tampered.
6. The Goldesmiths may extend the period of cancellation or return of product, at their mutual discretion.
7. Goldesmiths assumes or takes no risk, liability or responsibility of any sort whatsoever for a product lost while return to the seller. In such event, the buyer and seller may take the issue up with eachother and resolve the same.
8. This Return/Cancellation policy shall be applicable only for customers who make an online purchase for the product through our Website. In case of customer purchasing a product directly from the Seller, this Return/Cancellation policy shall not be applicable.
9. The timelines provided in this Return/Cancellation policy for the sellers and Goldesmiths can be extended without any notice, by mutual agreement.
